Exchange and return policy

We are happy to assist you and manage all your return or exchange requests! Our 3-day return policy is effective from the date you receive your product and only applies if the product is new, in resalable condition, consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the packaging and all packaging materials intact. Accordingly, the product will be replaced or refunded within 3 days.

If you wish to exchange or return the product, you must contact us through the communication channels available on the site to register a return or exchange request.

The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.

If the product is defective, or does not meet the specifications specified upon purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs stating: shipment number - shipping - and cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.

Products are not accepted for return or exchange under the following conditions:

•⁠ ⁠Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.

•⁠ ⁠When the product changes from its original condition for any reason

If the customer does not receive the order and it is returned to our warehouse via the shipping company, the customer can choose one of the following two options:

• 1. Reship the order: We can reship the order to the customer, with the customer bearing the additional shipping cost.
• 2. Refund of the order amount: If the customer wishes to refund the amount paid for the order, the basic order value will be refunded without shipping costs.
